Early 2022 marked the start of a three and a half year run as Moody's centralized Design Leader. Within its centralized design group, I led a multidisciplinary experience design team, with direct and indirect reports that varied over time, guiding a major digital transformation that brought Moody's into the world of AI and gave it a head start amongst its competitors.

Thimble, was rebranding while scaling across 160+ professions. Its design team needed senior product expertise. In mid 2019 I joined as Director of UX & Product Design, to lead the design practice across purchase, servicing, and internal tooling. Working with Engineering, Underwriting, Legal, and Marketing, all within regulatory constraints. Thimble was later acquired by Arch Insurance.

From 2017 to 2019 at AIG, I was sole design lead for the Private Client Group, replacing its bill-pay system, and co-led Hinge, the design system that gave about 20 product teams one standard. Both were delivered and measured through AIG's company-wide Agile process.
