Building the design practice at Thimble: a design system, a research practice, and a rebrand carried into the product.
Thimble, was rebranding while scaling across 160+ professions. Its design team needed senior product expertise. In mid 2019 I joined as Director of UX & Product Design, to lead the design practice across purchase, servicing, and internal tooling. Working with Engineering, Underwriting, Legal, and Marketing, all within regulatory constraints. Thimble was later acquired by Arch Insurance.
